Great news! After a successful show at the New Acadia cafe in Minneapolis, Shotgun Johnson and the Mississippi Seven have been approved to play their highly infectious music at any 2 corners of that Minneapolis intersection. It's a small step, but significant enough that Shotgun himself has promised that he might show up for the gig on the 400 Bar!

  • Remember in the old days (maybe it's still the case - the MS7 don't have cable) when MTV's logo would appear and go through several permutations, mostly done with what looked like magic marker on paper?
  • Now's your chance to bring that charm to the Shotgun Johnson website!
    • Draw the logo you see above (the square with the "S" in it) using your computer, crayons and paper, magic marker and parchment, finger paints and styrofoam- whatever you want.
      • Click Here to get a printable logo for coloring.
    • Scan or take a picture of your picture, and send it to shotgun@shotgunjohnson.com.
    • We'll add it to the animation of the logo at the top of this page!
